Kimberly Gold Mines (Pink Sheets: KMGM)

Kimberly Gold Mines (Pink Sheets: KMGM) was formed seven years ago by the same group that built Sterling Mining Company (SRLM) and President, Kevin Shiell, is one of the most respected mining men in the area. Obviously, this is not your typical combination for a $0.20 gold stock, which is why we are featuring it on the OTC Stock Review.
Kimberly Gold Mines Properties

KMGM controls the Rescue and Kimberly Gold Mines in central Idaho, the Matthews and Compton properties in the Wenatchee Gold Belt of central Washington, the Empire Creek Project, and the Camacho Concession in Zacatecas, Mexico. KMGM has a 43-101 Report covering Rescue, Kimberly and the Wenatchee Gold Belt. The Rescue Mine already has a 100 ton per day mill on site and KMGM is planning a 21-hole, 8090ft. diamond drilling program in early August, subject to funding and scheduling. KMGM's flagship property is the Kimberly Gold Mine. In 1911, a vein assayed an unbelievable 7.25 ounces per ton of gold.

The mine's previous owners and KMGM both have done extensive rehab work on the mine's several portals. KMGM stock is tightly-held, with fewer than 15 million shares issued. We are first to the party on KMGM, so get in early and enjoy the ride. KMGM Management has the production, exploration and financial experience of a caliber typically found at much larger companies

Executive Summary

Kimberly Gold Mines is an aggressive gold exploration company focused on the historic mining districts of the Pacific Northwest. Active Kimberly projects include the Rescue and Kimberly Gold Mines in central Idaho, the Matthews and Compton properties along the Wenatchee Gold Belt of central Washington, and the Empire Creek Project on the Republic Graben of northeastern Washington.

The primary objective of the company is to maximize shareholder value through exploration and advancing its projects toward production or entering into joint-ventures while keeping tight share structure.

Management is technically sound and highly qualified, with production, exploration and financial experience of a caliber typically found at much larger companies.

Kimberly stock is tightly-held, with fewer than 15 million shares issued, offering investors leverage to rising gold prices. Kimberly stock trades on the OTC Market under the symbol KMGM.

Rescue Mine
The Rescue Gold Mine has been established as the main focus of Kimberly Gold Mines. The author of KMGM's recently obtained 43-101 report stated, "Kimberly Gold Mines, Inc. should make the Rescue Mine their first priority as this property has the greatest potential to yield resources defined to an adequate degree of confidence to allow further development of the property.

The geology of this property is most predictable in terms of defining additional mineralization and the potential to discover additional mineralized shoots is high thereby boosting the tonnage per vertical foot and the economics for development. The Rescue Mine also has a small mill on site, with demonstrated ability to recover gold mineralization from the Rescue Mine mineralization."

Kimberly Gold Mine
The Company is rehabilitating and exploring this former Idaho producer in pursuit of establishing mineral reserves and renewing gold production.

Wenatchee Gold Belt
The Matthews and Compton properties are on trend with past producing mines, have returned high-grade gold assays over long intercepts, and have the potential to host multi-million ounce deposits.

Empire Creek Project
Empire Creek has the potential to host a substantial gold deposit similar to others in northeast Washington, including the geologically-similar Overlook and Buckhorn deposits.

Camacho Mexico Project
The Leona has potential for developing a smaller scale open pit heap leach deposit, a project within the means of a junior company such as KMGM, and in line with its stated mission. The large land position also offers considerable opportunity to explore and develop resources in other portions of the concession.

Investor Summary

POTENTIAL - Far from "grass roots," the Kimberly projects have demonstrated high-grade mineralization and offer expansion potential.

EXPERIENCE - Kimberly management is technically competent, with decades of combined production, exploration, and corporate experience.

LEVERAGE - The share structure features a low share count and tight public float, offering excellent leverage to discovery, production and a rising gold market.
